Panama's Bilateral Trade Agreements

The Republic of Panama has established bilateral trade agreements with: Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, and El Salvador.   Each agreement has its own changing list of products to be freely traded. In general, products that are merely assembled, packed, mixed, cut or diluted do not qualify for preferential treatment.
